This Is For You If..
✅ Your coach lacks knowledge in this style of eating and prescribes excessive beans and tofu as the main way to get protein (or you’re struggling to find appropriate nutrition support in general)
✅ You want to build muscle, lose fat and optimise your exercise performance for noticeable gym gains
✅ You want EASY but DELICIOUS meals that can be whipped up in no time to feed your family or for meal prep
✅ You crave more flexibility instead of rigid meal planning with no room for freedom
✅ You want to nourish yourself intuitively and explore the world of plant-based food that ACTUALLY tastes good
If you’re new here, my name is Cassie Amber and I’m a plant-based holistic nutritionist specialising in building muscle, fat loss, digestive healing and bloating.
My Plant Powered App is a platform created to help fitness enthusiasts and anyone seeking to optimise their health from within utilising a predominantly vegan approach. Throughout my nutrition and body building journey I’ve noticed a huge gap in the market when it comes to guidance around food, without needing to rely on animal protein if it does’t align with you.
Most coaches you go to online simply offer meal plans which consist of telling you exactly what to eat each day and how much of it. So I want to provide a different approach by offering a LIBRARY of meals to choose from, which I’ve been using to build my physique over the last few years.
I’m all about making good choices SIMPLE with minimal ingredients, dishes and cooking time. Plant Powered is your new go-to hub for colourful satisfying meal ideas, motivational prompts to help you feel empowered, not to mention a COMMUNITY where you can connect with like-minded individuals on the same path.
Is It Completely Vegan?
I personally follow a 90-95% approach which has worked optimally for my body over the past 6 years, however I do encourage everyone to lean into their individual needs. I use mock meat regularly so if you prefer the real thing, feel free to customise the dishes and swap out ingredients as you see fit. For example, mock chicken can be swapped for the real thing. Veggie sausage or mince can be inter-changed to meet your preferences. If you ARE vegan and don’t want to use as much mock meat, an alternative would be TVP or seitan for extra protein.
So no, you don’t have to be fully plant-based or vegan to experience the benefits of signing up.
The main goal is to simply ‘eat more plants’.
