Cookie dough has got to be one of my go-to’s and this one is so healthy your body will feel amazing after you eat it! What’s the secret? CHICKPEAS! Naturally high in protein, but after blending them up it gives it a ‘whipped’ consistency that will melt in your mouth!
This recipe features my favourite plant protein Nuzest which I have been taking for years. It has absolutely minimal ingredients, is a great way to support your body and I use it to sweeten and thicken up desserts and treats without a bunch of sugar!

High Protein Cookie Dough Cups

- 2 cans Chickpeas
- 1/2 c Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp Rice Malt/Maple Syrup
- 1/2 c Dark Choc Chips
- 1 scoop Nuzest Vanilla Protein
- Sprinkle of Hemp Seeds (garnishing)
Instructions
1. Blend the chickpeas until smooth, then stir in the remaining ingredients in a bowl.
2. Divide into cups/bowls/jars and top with hemp seeds and a drizzle of rice malt šÆ
Notes
To turn into balls, simply add almond meal until mixture is dry enough to roll.
