But I wanted to create a handy resource where I break things down and compare common misconceptions and present some new perspectives that aren’t generally thought of 🥩
Yes, some mock meats are super processed, yet some have minimal ingredients and can be a great option. Plenty of vegan sausages are simply made from tofu and herbs for example! 🌱
There is also a difference in the quality of meat which will impact how good of an option it is. It’s not all the same either, but there are so many things that go on behind the scenes that we don’t tend to think about because it comes packaged up and ready to go on your supermarket shelf 🍗
It’s time we make the connection and be open to new ideas that can be beneficial in many ways 🥓
