I have been the laziest cook over the last few months and lost my spark for kitchen creativity for a while..
I’d had my eye on Unicorn Superfoods for ages and when they asked if Iβd like to make some recipes using their products, I was absolutely blown away.
They gifted me some blue spirulina, pink pitaya, immunity blend and berrylicious!
I managed to surprise myself and start off with a simple CHIA PUDDING!
It’s a great healthy options for breakfast because it can be made in bulk, it contains healthy fats and protein, you can easily switch it up with different flavours and toppings, not to mention it’s delicious!
I hope you guys love this recipe – itβs heavenly!
